Unique Custom Transformers - Elevator Transformer

JACKSON ENGINEERING was contacted in 2011 by an Elevator Service Company in Los Angeles, California to custom design an EI 3 Phase Transformer that had blown out.

Action Elevator was called for its Elevator Service, a 6 story apartment building's elevators were not functioning because of a blown transformer. Since there were mainly senior citizens living in this apartment home, it would have been disasterous to have them climbing 6 flights of stairs.

We gave them a FREE QUOTE, based on us backwards engineering their transformer. They brought the blown transformer to our shop, and we backwards engineered a new transformer. Below is a picture of the Backwards Engineered Transformer by Jackson Engineering.

This Custom EI 3 Phase Transformer is equipped with a built-in fuse so the transformer will not blow due to another future power serge.
