Our cores are completely American Built. Engineers at Jackson Engineering have figured out where the "Hot Spots" are, and have developed time tested materials right for today's applications.

We can design for high permeability requirements and with needs for large inductions at high temperatures. Our soft magnetic alloys exhibit high magnetic induction at temperatures above current operating ranges for commercial devices.

Soft magnetic materials should meet the ever changing demand requirements from new high-performance electronic and power distribution systems. Our transformer Ferrite Cores for NEWER TECHNOLOGY, operate in high-temperature and high-frequency systems that are are not possible with conventional magnetic materials.

The need for increased energy efficiency requires reduced power loss from inductive components. We can meet these requirements without having to the make trade-offs needed when using conventional materials. Due to these core materials, our cut core power transformers have the following characteristics:

• For lowered loss, we concentrate the heat in a smaller component.
• We can decrease the size of the cut core power transformer by 30% to 40%.
• Since we use innovative high temperature materials, this allows the transformer to operate at much higher temperatures
